You understand and agree that you do not gain ownership of any of the "tools" (predesigned insurance sales and marketing ideas, tools, templates, and resources) that you download from this Web site. Instead, you only receive a non-exclusive license to use them for your marketing and sales efforts per the conditions below.
You may... Store one copy of each unedited downloaded tool that you license on one computer hard drive. You may also maintain a single backup of that unedited downloaded tool. You may edit the sample text contained in these tools, and distribute your edited files, as you see fit as long as they are used within a single insurance agency office for the purposes of marketing or selling insurance. You may also remove our copyright information from any document that you license. You may print out unlimited copies for your single office. You may purchase additional licenses if you wish to use any tool in multiple offices. PDF mini-guides: You may make copies of our PDF mini-guides for personal lines CSRs and commercial lines producers, without modification, and distribute them in electronic form to all CSRs or producers within the same single physical insurance agency office that originally licensed the guide. The Comic Adventures of Ernest Agent™ comic book: You may make copies of our PDF comic book and distribute it in electronic form or printed form as long as you agree not to alter it any way and to distribute it, as is, for free.
You may not... Distribute copies of the original unedited files that you have downloaded. You may not make any downloaded tool available to anyone outside of your specific agency or brokerage office (multiple offices require multiple licenses), or to any other individual, company, or group, whether for compensation or not, regardless of whether you modified them or not. You may not include our tools, or any portion of them (such as their photographs), whether you have modified them or not, in any collection for sale or gift.
