Ernest Agent is the lead principal / producer at fictional XYZ Insurance Agency. We’ve used the name Ernest Agent (in honor of Oscar Wilde’s brilliant play “The Importance of Being Earnest”), plus Carl Client, Paul Prospect, and Sally Special (CSR) for years in the articles and sample sales tools appearing in Agency Ideas® sales & marketing newsletter. We thought the P&C community might enjoy a few laughs with Ernest and his crew. Hence, this strip.
